Bref, je résume...

La pharmacocinétique montre que les protéine S migrent via la circulation sanguine* dans tous le corps et se fixe principalement dans le foie, etc... Mais aussi dans les ovaires.

Le foie apparemment, il ne semble pas avoir de problème, mais "wait and see..." on ne sait jamais.

Pour les ovaires, on verra plus tard.
Pour l’instant, les rats semble avoir deux fois plus de fausse couches.

Bref pas de problème dixi le Grand Prof Bubu (Psy de son État) et les experts de LCI !

c’est encore plus détaillé dans le rapport de l’EMA...

Alors, le rapport de la FDA ne fait pas référence au b1, effectivement... Je l’admets, enfin quoique.

Par contre, celui de l’EMA, oui... Et c’est très beau !

This study is evaluating the safety and immunogenicity of several different candidate vaccines at various dose levels. The protocol was later amended to allow inclusion of older adult participants up to 85 years of age. The available Phase 1 safety and immunogenicity data for adults 18 to 55 years of age are reported in this application. Multiple vaccine candidates are being evaluated in this study. For each vaccine candidate, participants received escalating dose levels (N=12 per dose level) with progression to subsequent dose levels based on recommendation from a Sponsor Safety Review Committee (SRC).
